This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy is provided by Cars Bikes N Bites LLC ("CBB," "we," "us") under Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar consumer health data laws in Nevada and Connecticut. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Consumer health data we collect
We do not ask for health information to use the Service. The only consumer health data we may collect is information you choose to provide on an event form or participant agreement that asks for it — for example, medical conditions, allergies, medications, or emergency medical instructions relevant to your safety at an event.

How we use it
Only to keep you safe at the specific event the form is for, including sharing it with event staff and medical responders if needed. We collect it only with your consent, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Who we share it with
Event staff and operators working the event you registered for, emergency and medical responders when needed for your safety, and the service providers that host the Service on our behalf. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You may ask whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data (we do not sell it); get a list of the third parties and affiliates we shared it with; withdraw your consent; and have your consumer health data deleted. Email tobin@carsbikesnbites.com with the subject line "Health Data Request." We respond within 45 days, and you may appeal a denial by emailing us with the subject line "Health Data Appeal"; if we deny your appeal, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.
Retention
We keep consumer health data no longer than one year after the event it was collected for, unless the law requires otherwise or you ask us to delete it sooner.
